Using the latest 3D design software we can design from ground up ideas to prototypes. Photo realistic images can be produced before any machining is started to ensure suitability or component integration with auto interference checking.

We also have engineers that can take well established designs and re-engineer them with more modern and cost effective methods of construction or buy reducing costs with intuitive production techniques.

Reverse engineering. Old existing paper drawings or designs with no existing drawings can be remodelled in the latest 3D CAD and new 3D files or 2D electronic versions produced.

With the diverse range of metalwork that has been produced over the last several years it has lead to the investment of a huge and diverse range of equipment for all the different processes that have been required. We now have a vast selection of tooling for both punching and bending, several different systems for spot welding and threaded inserts and studs as well as several different cutting and welding systems.
