WATER JET CUTTING:
Calypso high pressure water jet cutter.
Table size 3 meters x 1.5 meters.
Will cut most materials up to 100mm thickness.
SHEARING:
Edwards VE 3 metre shear 6mm plate thickness: 2 Machines
PUNCHING:
2 Murata CNC turret punches with auto indexing.
Table size 2.5 metres x 1.3 metres without sheet re-position.
SHEARING:
Capabilities: 12' lengths, 1/4" plate.
FORMING:
Edwards 3 metre 160 ton max capacity: 2 Brake Presses.
ROLLING:
Capabilities: up to 2 metres lengths, 150mm diameter: 3 Machines.
PLASMA CUTTING:
Capabilities: 1/2" plate, 30 tons.
SAWING:
Capacities: 350mm diameter chop saw and band saw 600mm throat.
WELDING:
Welding capacity including 450 amp TIG, MIG, MAG, STUD, SPOT: 10 MACHINES
MACHINING:
Vertical mill, Colchester manual lathe, Surface grinding, 4 Station drill press.
Insert Machine, PEM Pneumatic insert machine.
